In HPL, Press Plate Designers Focus More On 0.8 MM



Indian decorative laminates demand is witnessing a product bombardment where pricy designs and good quality materials are being offered in lesser thickness just to escape the competition. In this process, around 30 companies have entered in market with better design offerings in 0.8 mm in last two years. On the top of it the stagnant market of 1 mm laminates and cheaper copy in 0.9 category has made the R & D cost unviable.

Dreamlam Laminates Celebrated Holi With Their Pan India Distributors

Greenlam Revenue Grew In FY 2018-19



Greenlam Industries has declared its Standalone & Consolidated Financial Result for the quarter and year ended on 31 March 2019. According to the company's financial results, Greenlam's total income (consolidated) in the financial year 2018 - 19 increased by approx 11 percent to Rs. 1280 crores as compared to the previous year at Rs. 1155 crores. For the fourth quarter, revenue of company's also increased by more than 12 percent to Rs. 360 crores.

Okoume Face Veneer Manufacturers At Gabon Cut Production By 30%



Gabon SEZ based Face Veneer manufacturers have collectively decided to slowdown their production by 30% for a month to halt the reducing prices of Okoume veneer in Indian market. A meeting of GSEZ Wood and Veneer Association held in Gabon on 22nd June, 2019, which was attended by majority of the Veneer manufacturers and their representatives to discuss the situation due to free fall of prices.
